Summary
We are seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our team at PJ SERVICES. Located in Bolton, this role is essential for supporting our construction projects by ensuring that groundwork is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Area of work is manly Bolton, Wigan.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and excavate sites for construction projects.
- Operate small to medium plant, manly excavators, and dumpers
- Lay foundations, Slabs, Drainage and perform masonry work as required.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks.
- Carryout Paving, Flagging, Lanscaping.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
- Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Groundworker or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Ability to work to work on own initiative.
- Full driving licence, Small plant tickets upto 5 ton.
- Experience of working on both social housing, private housing, and schools.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Grondworks: 5 years (required)
