Key Responsibilities
- Manage client delivery workflows, service requests, and project coordination tasks
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, task progress, service quality, and operational updates
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, client summaries, and workflow documentation
- Support issue resolution, process improvement, and service delivery planning
- Assist with team coordination, resource tracking, and performance monitoring
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Support strong client relationships through clear and professional communication
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in client services, professional services, project coordination, business operations, consulting support, or service delivery
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with business clients, vendors, internal departments, or service delivery teams is an advantage

Pay: £42,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
