Key Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure service workflows, project coordination, and operational support activities
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor project timelines, service quality, documentation, and operational updates
- Support facilities coordination, maintenance planning, and issue resolution
- Prepare reports, schedules, service summaries, and process improvement recommendations
- Assist with team coordination, resource planning, and workflow monitoring
- Ensure service activities follow company procedures, timelines, and quality standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in infrastructure services, facilities management, project coordination, service operations, maintenance support, or business operations
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with contractors, vendors, clients, or operational service teams is an advantage

Pay: £45,000.00-£71,000.00 per year
