Job Description:
As a family run business in operation for nearly 100 years we have developed into one of the North of Scotland’s leading Meat Wholesalers and we are proud to deliver to a wide range of customers including Independent Retail Butchers & Restaurants.
We are currently seeking a skilled butcher to work in our cutting plant. You will be responsible for de-boning Beef and/or trimming Beef primal cuts to agreed quality specifications ensuring all quality & safety measures are met.
Monday to Thursday - 6:30 to 16:00, Friday - 06:30 to 14:00.
The ideal candidate will possess butchery, practical & manual handling skills and have a basic food Safety awareness. If you are a Skilled Butcher, we will require you to undertake a block test during your interview to assess your skills.

Pay: From £34,000.00 per year
