About the job
We are recruiting a part-time or full-time Luxury Retail Assistant for our new Kiltane store in Glasgow. We are looking for someone who is fully flexible to work on a rota of 7 days per week.
As a luxury retail assistant, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.
About you:
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)
Speaks Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean (beneficial)
Able to work well with others & approach others easily
Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service
Processing payments and returns
Ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and well presented
Accepting and cross-checking daily deliveries
Maintain knowledge of all out products and textiles
