Seven Districts Coffee is an independently owned speciality coffee roasting company, based in Lincoln. We're looking for a part-time worker, around 24 hours with potential for more during peak times, must be available weekends.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making consistently brilliant coffee with care and precision
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all items meet our quality standards.
- Delivering warm, genuine customer service – no scripts, just good conversation.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Learning our coffees, methods and ethos inside-out.
- Keeping the space clean, tidy and prepped for service.
- Supporting your teammates and having each other’s backs.
- Taking pride in everything you do – from the first espresso to the last mop.
What we’re looking for:
- Barista experience is a bonus – but not essential
- Great attitude, reliable, and up for learning
- Passion for coffee and people
- Calm under pressure and confident with a queue
- Team player who takes pride in the little details
