Fish Brothers Technician Development Programme
From qualification to confidence. From student to technician.
Just completed (or about to complete) your Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification?
You've worked hard to gain your qualification. Now let us help you turn it into a successful career.
At Fish Brothers, we understand that finishing college is only the beginning. That's why we've created our Technician Development Programme – a structured pathway designed specifically for newly qualified technicians who are ready to build their practical skills, confidence and experience in a professional dealership environment.
We know that no one expects you to know everything on day one. What matters to us is your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Through our Technician Development Programme, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, receive hands-on coaching and gain valuable workshop experience across our Group. As your skills and confidence grow, you'll progress into a permanent Technician role within one of our dealerships, representing some of the world's leading automotive brands.
Whether your ambition is to become a Diagnostic Technician, Master Technician or Electric Vehicle specialist, we'll provide the support, training and opportunities to help you achieve your goals.

- Ongoing manufacturer training and career development
- Exposure to a wide range of vehicle technologies, including hybrid and electric vehicles
