The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas within a professional office environment.
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for completing key cleaning tasks while helping to create a safe, pleasant, and productive workplace for clients and employees.
The Role
- Carry out thorough cleaning and sanitisation of all surfaces and associated areas within the workplace.
- Clean all fixtures, fittings, and high-touch points to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Perform detailed cleaning of all washrooms and related facilities.
- Vacuum all internal areas to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
- Undertake spot cleaning and periodic deep cleaning of floors, carpets, and upholstery.
- Maintain internal glazing to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
- Clean and maintain all back-of-house areas.
- Maintain external terrace areas to ensure they remain clean and presentable.
- Manage recycling and waste processes, including emptying, segregation, weighing, and disposal.

- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
- Strong teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently within set schedules and deadlines.
- Reliable and punctual, always ready to start work on time.
