Job Summary: To provide support to Ashley Barker in domestic and social and all other matters, as required, which fall within the scope and responsibility of the post.
Requirements: · Maintain the domestic environment to the required standard, ensuring regard is given to health and safety and hygiene. · Provide Personal Care e.g Washing and Dressing · Assist in the preparation of meals. · Undergo relevant training. · It is important that you wear PPE for tasks, where applicable, to ensure health & safety protocols are followed. · Hold or agree to a Enhanced DBS Check ( This will be paid for by Penderals Trust) · Attend regular team meetings, 1:1s and any other relevant meetings · Complete domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning and any other relevant tasks · Support with weekly or monthly shopping. · Provide weekly social calls and accessing events in the community · Support my emotional needs aside my physical needs · Work weekends (as required) to support my emotional, physical or social needs · Needs can vary on a daily basis, therefore duties and tasks may alter accordingly. You are reasonably expected to perform duties of a similar or related nature to those outlined above. · Cover sickness, holidays or emergencies at short notice
Responsibilities: Maintain timesheets keeping them complete, up to date and correct. To arrive for work at the agreed time and give sufficient notice if you are going to be late. Establish a close working relationship on a one-to-one basis and discuss and resolve problems as they arise. Be open in communication and maintain means of contact as required. Respect privacy and maintain a constant professional approach. Preserve my dignity and support me in maintaining independence in my chosen lifestyle at all times. Respect my possessions and equipment and gain my consent for the use of equipment, e.g. telephone, television, etc. Complete daily logs via the log my care app and daily tasks sheet Completed all tasks given either by myself or the team leader.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
