Responsibilities

- Observe patients closely for any changes in condition, alerting medical teams as necessary
- Support patients with personal care activities such as mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
- Ensure the safety of patients by adhering to infection control procedures and safety standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and address individual patient requirements
Experience
- Proven experience as a Night Nurse or in a similar healthcare role providing patient care during night shifts
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to assess and respond to patient needs effectively
- Skilled in medication administration with a clear understanding of safety protocols and legal requirements
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to detect subtle changes in patient conditions
- Compassionate communication skills to reassure patients and collaborate with healthcare teams effectively
