Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs in a professional manner
- Schedule service appointments accurately and manage the flow of daily bookings
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding vehicle status and service recommendations
- Upsell additional services or products where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and business revenue
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects our professional standards
- Support administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and updating customer records to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or reception roles, preferably within an automotive or service-oriented environment
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with vehicle systems is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and cash handling procedures
