THE ACTIVATION FUNNEL
● Step 1: Find potential partners — on LinkedIn, job boards, Facebook groups, freelancer platforms,
sales communities
● Step 2: Pitch the opportunity — using the scripts and materials we provide
● Step 3: Get them to sign up at purchasesecured.com/become-a-referral-partner
● Step 4: Support them through the 12-module training academy (answer questions, encourage
completion)
● Step 5: Ensure they connect their Stripe account for payouts
● Step 6: You get paid £200 when they sign their first estate agent branch

● LinkedIn — search for sales professionals, estate agent staff, property consultants, freelance
marketers
● Facebook groups — side hustle groups, work-from-home groups, sales professional communities,
property groups
● Job boards — post the BD Partner and Social Media Executive roles on Indeed, Reed, Gumtree,
Freelancer
● Instagram/TikTok — property content creators, side hustle influencers, business opportunity
accounts
● University job boards — students looking for flexible commission work
● Existing networks — recruitment consultants, estate agency staff who want extra income,
mortgage brokers
● Freelancer platforms — Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour (target sales and marketing freelancers)

Pay: £30,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
