Job Overview
The right applicant will be early in their career with a willingness to learn and hold a full UK driving licence. A positive attitude and strong work ethic is crucial alongside being practical and mechanically/electrically minded. Willingness to travel throughout the UK and overseas when required. It is essential the applicant demonstrate good communication and customer service skills.
Duties
- Manage all on site installation, removals, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes.
- Follow all company procedures and protocols – e.g. Working at heights, maintain PPE, Maintaining service van.
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefings.

- Build positive relationships with customers.
Experience
- No prior professional experience required; Technical experience is less important than having a 'can-do' attitude, as training can be provided internally.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with electrical systems is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic English and Maths skills is required
