Painter & Decorator – Prime Residential Refurbishment Project
Bayswater (Nearest station: Lancaster Gate)
We are currently recruiting experienced Painter & Decorators on behalf of our client for a prestigious prime residential refurbishment project near Lancaster Gate, London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded contractor working on the full renovation of a substantial private residence. The project is currently at the preparation stage and offers long-term work for reliable, skilled decorators with experience working in high-end residential environments.
Duties
- Surface preparation including sanding, filling, caulking and making good
- Preparing walls, ceilings, woodwork and other surfaces to a high standard
- Interior painting and decorating works as the project progresses
- Achieving the exceptional finish expected on luxury residential projects
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Relevant Painting & Decorating qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred)
- Own tools and PPE
- Proven experience working on high-end residential refurbishment, renovation or fit-out projects
- Strong preparation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to provide recent, checkable work references
- Commitment to delivering high-quality finishes and workmanship
