We are looking for a Process Improvement Consultant who can take ownership of business transformation initiatives from analysis through implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current business operations, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other operational excellence methodologies to deliver measurable results.
Process Design: Develop future-state process maps, operating procedures, and implementation plans that support long-term business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and work closely with clients, department leaders, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and monitor improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable business benefits.
Change Management: Support organizations throughout implementation by helping teams adopt new processes, manage change effectively, and encourage continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in process improvement, business consulting, operational excellence, business analysis, or a related consulting environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), process mapping, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable interpreting data, identifying root causes, and developing practical recommendations that improve operational performance.
Communication: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
Mindset: You are naturally curious, solutions-focused, and proactive. You enjoy solving complex business challenges, building strong client relationships, and delivering practical improvements that create measurable business value.
Pay: £42,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
