Our refreshed objectives and activities will ensure the impact we have on children’s lives is front and centre of the work the charity undertakes over and above the projects and services we fund.

The Grant Operations Officer will provide a high level of service to all applicants and grantees who contact the charity by phone, email and post.
You will give detailed advice to applicants and provide support throughout the application process, enabling the highest quality applications to reach the charity.

You will assist in the design and delivery of any new grant making processes.
Work as part of a team when required to support the charity’s Appeal Operations team.

You will be an advocate of great customer care with extensive experience of dealing regularly with the public.
You will be computer literate with strong MS Office skills, extensive experience of using databases and the ability to analyse and manipulate data.
You will be able to interpret both written and oral information and produce written communications which are clear and persuasive.
DESIRABLE
Experience of assessing grant applications against specific policies.
Specific knowledge of children and young people’s services would be an advantage.
If you can bring some of these skills and experiences, along with transferable strengths, we’d love to hear from you and encourage you to apply.
