Come and join our Coffee Lush team.
We're looking for someone to join us at Coffee Lush, working Monday to Friday, 12pm–4pm.
Coffee Lush grew out of our award-winning Lushlooking Cakes business, and baking is still a huge part of what we do.
A big part of this role will be working alongside one of the owners and helping with our baking — preparing, portioning and finishing our handmade cakes and bakes ready for the next day.
You'll also help cover our lunch rush, making coffees, serving customers, restocking and generally getting stuck into the afternoon running of Coffee Lush.
Who we're looking for
We're a small, close team, so personality matters as much as skill. You're someone who smiles and makes people feel genuinely welcome, gets stuck in without being asked twice, and takes pride in getting the small things right. You're down to earth, no ego, happy doing any part of the job. A good sense of humour is essential. And you carry yourself properly — in the work, in how you present, in every interaction.
Previous café, hospitality, baking or food-preparation experience is essential.
This would really suit someone who enjoys baking, likes working with people and wants to be part of a friendly independent café where everything is made with care.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 12pm–4pm
Location: Coffee Lush, Watchfield, Oxfordshire
