About us
Bridge Clinic London is a private fertility clinic licensed by the HFEA. We support patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives, and behind every safe, smooth day at the clinic is a facilities and operations function that simply has to work.
The role
This is the role that keeps the clinic running. You will own the day-to-day operation of our premises, manage our vendors, suppliers, and contractors, look after our office and laboratory equipment, and provide hands-on administrative and operational support to the wider clinic team.
Key responsibilities:
- Run planned and reactive maintenance across the building, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Manage all supplier and contractor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements, and keep our supplier records in order
- Oversee the servicing, repair, and replacement of office and laboratory equipment, maintaining the asset register and coordinating servicing and calibration schedules with the Laboratory Manager
- Support the laboratory's environmental requirements, including air handling, temperature monitoring, and cryostorage infrastructure
- Provide administrative and office support to the clinic team, including procurement of supplies and consumables and general operational coordination
- Lead day-to-day health and safety: risk assessments, fire safety, COSHH, legionella, statutory testing, and clinical waste
- Maintain business continuity plans for critical systems and support our HFEA and CQC compliance on premises and equipment
- Manage the facilities budget and report regularly on compliance, supplier performance, and risk
