Duties
- Provide professional beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massages, and other skincare services with precision and care
- Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual skin types and preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and creating a relaxing experience for every client
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health regulations
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and product usage to ensure consistent quality
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide expert advice and service excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Qualified Level 3 Beauty Therapist
- Skilled in massages, waxing and facial treatments
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty treatments
- Enthusiastic about continuous training to keep up with industry trends and techniques

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Reigate RH2 7LL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Deep tissue massage: 1 year (preferred)
