What You’ll Be Doing
Leading busy shifts and keeping operations running smoothly
Preparing pizzas and menu items to Four Star Pizza standards
Delivering exceptional customer service in-store, online, and over the phone
Coaching, motivating, and supporting your team
Handling cash, card, and online transactions accurately
Managing stock, deliveries, and store organisation
Maintaining high food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Driving sales, controlling labour costs, and improving store performance
Taking ownership of the store and leading by example every day
What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous management experience essential
✔ Experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced customer-focused role
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
✔ Positive attitude with a proactive, hands-on approach
✔ Organised, reliable, and focused on high standards
✔ Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
✔ Passion for teamwork and delivering excellent service
