Responsibilities

Running and managing a designated section of the kitchen

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to specification

Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef during service

Maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation standards

Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met

Assisting with stock control and prep across shifts
Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service pressure

Passion for seafood, fresh produce, and seasonal cooking
