We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious and inspiring Pub General Manager to lead our fantastic team at The Bohemia in North Finchley.
Someone with genuine drive, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality who can build on the success of an already established and much-loved pub. We took over The Bohemia back in 2014 and, over the years, it has become a real pillar of the local community — something we’re incredibly proud of.
With our on-site brewery, regular events and a busy calendar, there’s always something happening at The Bohemia, and no two days are the same. We’re looking for a leader who can take what we’ve built and make it even better — bringing fresh ideas, energy and a real passion for creating great experiences for our guests and our team.
We’ve recently opened our second London site, Ye Three Lords, and have ambitions to continue growing. We have experience working with some of the UK’s largest pub companies, but we’ve chosen to build something very different. We’re focused on great hospitality, excellent service and empowering our teams, rather than layers of management and endless corporate tick-box exercises. Because our management structure is small, your voice will genuinely be heard. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one, shape the direction of the pub and play an important role in our future growth.

Requirements
* A proven track record of successfully running busy pubs and/or bars.
* At least three years’ experience in a senior management or General Manager role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate and develop a great team.
* A genuine passion for hospitality, service and creating memorable guest experiences.
* Commercially aware, with an understanding of what makes a successful pub.
* Someone who takes ownership, leads by example and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
* A positive, energetic approach and the ambition to help us make The Bohemia even better.
Pay: £43,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
