Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our products/services.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted strategies that maximise outreach and engagement.
- Utilise CRM software and Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyse customer data for informed decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit for both organisation and clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities or threats.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software systems, particularly Salesforce, with the ability to leverage these tools for maximum efficiency.
