Café All-Rounder – Join the Team at Wells Deli
Come and work with us at Wells Deli, the little pink café on the quay in Wells-next-the-Sea, loved by locals and visitors for great food, great coffee, and a relaxed coastal vibe.
We’re looking for SUMMER STAFF who genuinely loves food, enjoys working in a busy environment, and is happy jumping in wherever the team needs them.
We want experienced FOH, CHEF and KP - who can handle a busy services!
Our café can get very fast-paced, especially in season, so we’re looking for people who are energetic, organised and able to move quickly while keeping a positive attitude.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a busy café or hospitality environment
- Genuine interest in hospitality
- People who work fast, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy busy services
- Friendly, positive, and naturally helpful with customers
- Team players who spots what needs doing without being asked

The Details
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Full time or part time - 2–5 days per week, including weekends
You must live in or near Wells-next-the-Sea or Fakenham.

Experience:
- hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
