Froth & Fries is an independent Belgian beer bar and kitchen in the heart of Bristol's Old City.
We're all about great beer, seriously tasty food and brilliant hospitality. Our menu is packed with loaded fries, burgers and sandwiches, alongside an amazing selection of Belgian and world beers, wines, spritz, ciders and low/no options.
We're looking for friendly, energetic Front of House Team Members to join us on a part-time basis, predominantly for weekend shifts.
You don't need to know everything about Belgian beer before you start — what matters most is that you're great with people, enjoy being part of a team and take pride in doing things properly.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be right at the heart of the Froth & Fries experience:
- Giving every customer a warm, friendly welcome
- Delivering relaxed, attentive and efficient table service
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving and presenting drinks to a high standard
- Running food and making sure it looks fantastic when it reaches the table
- Learning our food and drinks menus so you can make great recommendations
- Checking in with customers and making sure they're having a brilliant time
- Keeping tables, the bar and customer areas clean, tidy and welcoming
- Processing card payments accurately
- Supporting opening, closing and daily cleaning routines
- Restocking and helping keep the bar organised
- Following licensing, food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to keep service running smoothly

Previous bar, restaurant or hospitality experience is useful, but attitude, personality and a willingness to learn are just as important.
