We’re looking for a down to earth, people-focused Supervisor to join the team at our busy local, The Kittiwake. If you enjoy a lively pub atmosphere, take pride in great service, and can help keep things running smoothly behind the bar, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be supporting the day-to-day running of the pub, helping lead the team, and making sure our guests feel right at home. It’s a great opportunity for someone who loves being front and centre, thrives in a sociable setting, and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up when it’s busy.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Site Manager with the daily running of the bar
- Helping to train, motivate and guide the team
- Making sure customers get great service with a smile
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked and running like clockwork
- Being a positive presence on the floor – leading by example
- Helping run events and keeping the atmosphere lively and welcoming
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year experience in hospitality
- A calm, confident approach in a busy environment
- Someone friendly, reliable and a good team player
- A bit of common sense and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and peak times
