Duties
- Manage and maintain HR information systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and ATS platforms to ensure accurate employee data entry and updates
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating applicant tracking through Salesforce or other ATS tools, including job postings and candidate communications
- Oversee onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee recordkeeping while ensuring confidentiality and data security
- Handle social media management related to HR initiatives to promote company culture and attract top talent
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, or system access using excellent communication skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar platforms
- Strong administrative experience with data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Salesforce or Taleo for recruitment management
- Knowledge of social media management tools for internal communications or employer branding efforts
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft is highly desirable
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism
