A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Services liaison with a well-established supplier of hosiery, legwear and underwear; we are looking for an ambitious, motivated individual to join our small team.
We design, manufacture and supply both Private label and Branded merchandise to many of the largest UK high street retailers, as well as independent stores.
The successful person will support the Sales and Merchandising Team by managing the daily order processing functions for the business.
The Role
· To provide a professional and friendly point of contact for all customer queries and process all order requirements.
· Order input and EDI processing daily, liaising with our external warehouse to progress chase orders.
· To ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely manner and customers are updated on a regular basis.
· Order processing will be the key part of the daily routine and you will be manage queries from both customers and company representatives.
· General administration duties, with the main office telephone number being your responsibility.
Skills Required
· Excellent customer services and proven sales order processing experience preferred.
· Key account sales support experience with Amazon, Sainsburys, John Lewis and other high street retailers would be an advantage
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with as professional telephone manner is essential.
· SAGE SOP system knowledge and EDI order processing knowledge would be an advantage
. Excellent Excel skills required
