Experienced cleaner required who can do different types of cleaning work, including Window Cleaning, pole and traditional, gutter cleaning with vacuum, end of tenancy cleaning, carpet cleaning, communal area cleaning and jet washing.
Must be able to take instruction and be a positive member within the team as well as being confident working on your own. We place the highest importance on maintaining an excellent quality of work, staff appearance (wear logo'd work attire) and providing a premium service for our customers, so you must be willing to work to such a standard. There will be a trial period before employment is made permanent and the full salary can be a achieved. Driving licence is essential as you will be working from a company van.
Must be able to get to our Caterham on the Hill office, CR3 5NU, each morning for start of work Each day is different so there are no set hours, but between 6-7 hours averages out for a normal days work.
The successful applicant will be offered the following: Starting salary for a 3 month trial period: £481 a month. After 3 months trial period: £520 a week for 6 months and if after the further 6 months trial period everything is satisfactory: £558.00 a week (29,000 per year).
Also with the above salary there is 28 days paid holiday, including bank holidays, Gov pension contributions and overtime available.
