The Role
We're looking for a highly organised Project Administrator to support our Projects team with engineering and capital projects. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement and Finance to keep projects running smoothly through excellent administration and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple projects.
- Maintain project documents, trackers and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, meeting packs and presentations.
- Organise meetings, take minutes and track actions.
- Update project schedules and milestone trackers.
- Raise purchase requisitions and monitor orders, deliveries and invoices.
- Liaise with Procurement, Finance and suppliers.
- Maintain project cost trackers and records.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, travel and site access.
- Support project handovers and document control.
About You
You'll have:
- Previous administration or project support experience.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a variety of stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience in engineering, construction, mining or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of project administration or document control.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Project or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
