We are looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to join our growing team in Vauxhall, London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The Role
As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will work closely with our Reservation Coordinators, global clients, and accommodation partners across the EMEA region to ensure a seamless experience for our guests from booking through to departure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing guest agreements and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Preparing detailed arrival and departure instructions for guests.
- Supporting Reservation Coordinators with booking administration and operational tasks.
- Managing guest queries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Creating and maintaining accurate guest files and ensuring all records are kept up to date.
- Maintaining data accuracy and integrity within Nomad’s internal systems.
- Liaising with accommodation partners across the EMEA region.
- Supporting process improvements and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Completing ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- College-level education (A Levels, grades A–C) or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous CRM/database experience (essential).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, serviced apartments, or a similar industry.
- Strong administration skills with a proven ability to follow processes accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and provide solutions.
- The ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
