Location: Spitalfields Market, London
The menu: 12high quality wines on tap, dynamic wine list with an emphasis on low-intervention and natural wines and a curated cocktail list.

We are an independent all day bar and restaurant nestled in the heart of Spitalfields Market. We have also added games to the terrace for extra good vibes.
Your role as a Manager:
Our ideal manager is passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for guests. You may be either a wine enthusiast, passionate about coffee or just interested in setting the bar high. You will be keen to learn from your colleagues and share your enthusiasm with them.
Essentials:
- Extensive knowledge of wine, coffee or cocktails (ideally all three)
- Experience especially working with natural and biodynamic wine
- Proven experience as a bartender or waiter
- Exceptional customer service and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach
- Enthusiasm for learning and sharing your expertise with the team and guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a diverse team
