Job Overview
We are seeking an organised and professional trainee Property Manager to work within our Property Manager team.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio that will encompass a mixture of blocks of flats, houses and estates and will report to our Head of Property Management whilst maintaining high standards of Property Management and Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative and customer service skills looking for a career in the Property Management field.
Duties:
The candidate will be familiar and able to demonstrate the following (but not limited to):
- Managing a portfolio of developments
- Financial management, including setting and agreeing budgets
- Hosting AGM and Directors meetings
- Conducting site visits
- Creating tickets for work orders and managing maintenance enquiries
- Creating and maintaining client relationships
- Understanding and implementing Health and Safety or other legislative requirements
- Able to build up and maintain excellent relationships with directors
Full training will be given.
Skills Required
- A full, clean driving licence is essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a professional attitude
- Previous Letting or Property Management experience is desirable
