We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking Chef de Partie to join a fabulous team at our client site in Windsor!
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday,
- 7am - 3.30pm (some flexibility required and possibility of overtime)
About the Role
Your role will involve:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality food to company standards
- Working with fresh, seasonal, and balanced ingredients
- Supporting Head Chef and wider kitchen team in delivering an exceptional food offering.
- Assisting with menu planning and food preparation where required
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional kitchen environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is efficient & enthusiastic – works with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Is exceptionally well-organized individual, with a keen eye for detail
- Has good food knowledge, and understanding of seasonal/current food trends
- Good understanding of menu costing and how to deliver GP
The ideal candidate will have had experience, either in restaurants / hotels or contract catering corporate business and industry sites.
