About the Role
As a Clinical Educator, you'll design and deliver client-specific clinical training, ensuring care staff are fully competent before supporting clients with complex healthcare needs. You'll work closely with our Clinical and Operations teams to provide practical training, assess competencies, and promote best practice across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver clinical training and competency assessments for carers and nurses.

Develop tailored training programmes based on individual client needs.

Teach specialist skills including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilation, suctioning, epilepsy management, medication administration, catheter and stoma care, and moving & handling.

Support new starters through clinical induction and mandatory training.

Conduct refresher training and competency reviews.

Coach and mentor staff delivering complex care.

Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and incident learning.

Work collaboratively with Clinical Leads, Registered Nurses, Case Managers, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:

Current NMC registration .

Experience delivering clinical education or competency-based training.

A background in complex care or community healthcare.

Excellent coaching, presentation, and communication skills.

A strong understanding of adult learning principles, CQC regulations, and clinical governance.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
