Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient individual to utilise Microsoft Word effectively in a professional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and formatting documents to a high standard, supporting various administrative and project-related tasks. Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and format a variety of documents including reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Word.
- Ensure all documents adhere to organisational standards for style and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to compile information and prepare reports or proposals.
- Manage document templates and maintain version control to ensure consistency across materials.
- Incorporate graphics, tables, and other visual elements to enhance document clarity and presentation.
- Proofread documents for grammatical accuracy, spelling, and punctuation.
- Assist with data entry and basic document management tasks as required.
- Support administrative duties such as scheduling meetings or preparing agendas using Word documents.
Experience
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced features such as styles, templates, mail merge, and track changes.
- Prior experience in administrative support or document preparation is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy in all work produced.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Experience with other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable but not essential.
