Due to growth and success we are looking to employ a part-time lettings administrator.

The role holder will initially be responsible for general administration and telephone-based customer services. This position will potentially offer longer term prospects and the opportunities to get involved in the letting of residential properties.
Working as a key member of the support function, this role will suit an individual with excellent customer service and administration experience. It is vital you are comfortable working independently, work saturdays and have a keen interest/ passion for building a career within estate agency. The successful candidate must have the following skills/ experience coupled with a desire to learn!
- Administration/ office based support experience with the ability to use MS Office suite, Internet and email
- Excellent customer services and telephone-based experience.
- A keen understanding of Social Media
- The ability to communicate professionally and confidently to wide range of customers
- The ability to work saturdays and independently.
- Previous administration experience preferred but not essential
