Kennel & Cattery Assistant (Full or Part Time, Permanent)
Do you love animals and enjoy being part of a caring, hands‑on team? We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Kennel Hand to help us look after our wonderful four‑legged guests.
About the Role
- Caring for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes with kindness and confidence
- Keeping kennels clean, tidy, and comfortable
- Feeding our guests and administering medication as required
- Helping with reception tasks such as booking pets in/out and taking payments (full training provided)
- Working split shifts: 8:00–12:00 and 15:00–17:30
- Taking part in a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays — our guests need care every day
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine love for animals
- Confidence handling dogs and using cleaning equipment (including the trusty mop and broom!)
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our booking system
- Reliable transport due to split shifts
- We’re happy to consider one full‑time or two part‑time team members
