Waking Night Support Worker

We're looking for compassionate, resilient and dedicated individuals to join our brand-new therapeutic children's home in Capenhurst.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll help ensure our young people are safe, settled and supported throughout the night.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular welfare and safety checks
- Supporting children who wake during the night
- Managing incidents calmly and professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Ensuring the home remains secure and well-presented
- Handing over effectively to the day team

- Children's residential care
- Youth work
- Mental health support
- Care and support services
