Make a difference this summer by volunteering with Balogun Bassey! We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to support our Summer Holiday Activity Camp and help create a fun, safe, and engaging experience for children and young people.
Position: Volunteer Activity Assistant (Unpaid)
Location: Tudor Rose Family Hub
Duration: 4 Weeks (Monday–Thursday)
Hours: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
About the Role
As a Volunteer Activity Assistant, you will work alongside our staff team to support the delivery of exciting activities for children aged 5–15. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience while making a positive impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of sports, games, arts and crafts, and educational activities.
- Assist in supervising children and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Help set up and tidy activity areas.
- Encourage children to participate and build their confidence.
- Support staff with daily programme activities and events.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
