As Learning Support Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for a diverse range of students, including those with SEN and SEMH. The role involves providing tailored support to individuals or small groups, ensuring every student has the chance to thrive academically and personally. Whether it's assisting with classroom activities, delivering one-to-one sessions, or collaborating with teachers and parents, Learning Support Assistants play a vital role in empowering students to reach their full potential.
Experience supporting children aged 11–16 and a valid enhanced DBS check are essential for this role, helping to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment. If you don't currently hold a DBS, we can support you with the application process. Previous experience supporting students with SEN and/or SEMH (Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs) is highly desirable.
The Role: Learning Support Assistant
· Full Time (Mon-Fri 8:30-3:30)
· £100-£110 per day.

· Based in Reading, Berkshire.
