Main duties of the job
Overall Purpose of the Role:
You will be required when necessary to provide practical support, supervision, and guidance on a one-to-one basis during Health Advisors Buddy/Shadow shifts or if there are any performance issues. As a Coach you might also be expected to provide the same support whilst ‘floor walking’ on busy shifts.
Principle Responsibilities will Include:
- To be trained and fully confident and proficient in the NHS Pathways system.
- To be fully confident with HUC’s policies and procedures to include a full understanding of the CAS services.
- To have knowledge of onsite emergency procedures and contingencies as necessary, for example if there is a loss of IT systems.
- Able to identify and escalate any performance concerns to the Quality and Improvement Lead.
- Ensuring all documentation in relation to feedback forms are kept up to date.
