Duties
- Manage data entry tasks related to property records,issuing POs , and maintenance requests using property management software such as Fixflo.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, clients and internal teams to address inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Assist with administrative responsibilities including document preparation, and updating leaseholder information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate maintenance requests by logging details accurately and following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain organized records of property inspections, work orders, and correspondence for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
- Contribute to team efforts by supporting office operations and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Fixflo or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Strong phone etiquette skills combined with clear communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is beneficial.
