Established independent mixed NHS and private dental practice in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our long-standing team.
This role would suit a confident NHS performer seeking stable income, a manageable UDA allocation and structured support to grow private income within a well-organised practice.
The Opportunity
- 6,000 UDAs available (manageable, well-supported allocation)
- Competitive UDA rate from £12 with achievable targets
- Realistic OTE £120,000–£150,000+
- Full diary from day one
- Established patient list
- No new adult NHS patients
- 50% private income
- 50% lab fees
Full or part time available (up to 5 days per week)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

- Dedicated nurse per surgery
- Experienced Head Nurse on site
- On-site Practice Manager
- Off-site Business Manager
- Principal Dentist is an experienced Implant Dentist and mentor
- CBCT scanner and intraoral scanner

Requirements
- Active NHS Performer Number
- GDC registered
- Minimum 2 years UK clinical experience preferred
