Duties
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their moving requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and booking options
- Manage the entire booking process within our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation of move details
- Follow up with clients throughout the planning process to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate move schedules, special requests, and logistical details
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and booking statuses using Salesforce or similar platforms
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding clients through complex moving scenarios and offering proactive solutions to potential challenges
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles with a focus on client engagement and relationship building
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable services effectively
- Familiarity with hubspot or comparable CRM tools for managing client data and sales pipelines
- Demonstrated leadership qualities in guiding customers through decision-making processes or resolving issues
- Excellent communication skills—clear, persuasive, empathetic, and professional—across various channels
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and motivation
- Prior experience in logistics, moving services, or related industries is a plus but not required
