Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Inputting and updating data accurately into various software programmes such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
- Managing electronic and paper-based filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Assisting with general administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation
- Responding professionally to phone enquiries with good phone etiquette
- Organising and prioritising workload to meet deadlines effectively
- Verifying data accuracy through regular audits and cross-checks
- Supporting team members with clerical duties as required
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with data entry tasks and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
- Previous clerical experience or familiarity with office procedures will be beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
