Starting Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour for days, £14.62 for nights (15% uplift).
25% uplift on daytime overtime and 38% uplift on night-time overtime.

Work Pattern
5:45 am/pm – 6:15 pm/am, 40.25 hrs/week, 4 on – 4 off, Days & Nights, Monday to Sunday.
Overtime opportunities available with an additional uplift rate.
What You Will Be Doing?
· Operating cutting, extrusion, and laminating machinery.
· Monitoring production processes for quality and efficiency.
· Handling aluminium and steel composite materials safely.
· Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
· Performing basic machine or tool maintenance and reporting faults.
· Following all Health & Safety and PPE procedures.
· Keeping a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
· Working with your team to hit production targets.

· Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
· Sufficient English to understand safety instructions and complete basic paperwork.
· Previous manufacturing or production experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
