About the role
Our Site Runners are essential to the smooth operation of Avenue HQ and the experience of everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll be the eyes and ears of the space, keeping things clean, organised, and ready for whatever the day brings. From setting up meeting rooms to helping guests feel welcome, this role is all about creating an environment where everything works seamlessly and our members and guests feel well looked after.
You’ll be the first person in each day, setting the tone, preparing the space, and making sure every area is clean, stocked, and ready for use. Throughout the day, you’ll carry out checks, restock supplies, clean shared areas, and reset rooms between bookings. You’ll also be a friendly face for anyone who needs help - from guests arriving for meetings to members using the space daily.
As part of the site team, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager and Reception Team to ensure the building runs like clockwork and our community feels supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent Avenue HQ as part of the site team, greet and assist members and guests throughout the day
- Open the site each morning and prepare it for the day ahead
- Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces (including refreshments/snacks)
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and hourly checks
- Restock kitchens, bathrooms, and other shared areas
- Perform regular stock checks and report shortagesSupport site operations, identifying and escalating maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily running
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness across the building
