Perfectly Unique Services is a family-run commercial and specialist cleaning company providing a wide range of services across London We’re looking for motivated and reliable Multi-Skilled Cleaning Operatives to join our reactive and specialist cleaning team for the busy season.
This role is for a flexible and reliable Multi-Skilled Operative to support our Cleaning and Waste Management Division. No two days are the same, with work ranging from specialist cleaning and environmental services to waste clearances and emergency response.
Duties may include:
- Void property cleaning
- Hoarded property clearances
- Sharps (needle) sweeps and safe disposal
- Biohazard and trauma cleaning
- Environmental and deep cleaning
- Waste removals and property clearances
- Emergency out-of-hours response work
- General specialist cleaning duties as required
The successful candidate will be adaptable, physically fit, and able to work in challenging environments while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, professionalism, and customer service. Full training and appropriate PPE will be provided.
This is a hands-on, varied role that suits individuals who enjoy physical work, travel between sites, and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks including commercial, end-of-tenancy, biohazard, and post-construction cleans, waste management services clearing properties.
- Respond to scheduled and emergency cleaning jobs across multiple locations
- Operate safely and follow company and site health & safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and basic equipment checks
Requirements
- Must be 21+ Required (for vehicle insurance purposes)
- Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
- Must have your own steel toe-cap boots
- Must be self-employed and eligible to work in the UK
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work 12-hour shifts
- Previous cleaning or facilities experience is an advantage (but not essential)

Schedule
- 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
