Spanish/Russian-Speaking Recruiter – Hospitality Sector
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Spanish/Russian-speaking Recruiter to join our team and support hiring across the hospitality industry, including hotels and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for hospitality roles
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Roles You Will Recruit For:
- Housekeepers
- Housekeeping Supervisors
- Linen Porters
- Waiters / Waitresses
Requirements:
- Fluent (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and engage candidates
- Previous recruitment or hospitality experience is a plus
Working Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary:
- 13-14£ per hour
- Performance-based bonus
